To oversee the art direction of online and offline capabilities, to manage and motivate a team of designers. A hands-on creative role that allows the individual to be involved in key design projects and branding and development of all materials. A strong understanding and experience related to web design process, information, architecture, and creative concepts through to implementation and development of design. Strong team player capable of juggling multiple projects to agreed deadlines, as well as liaising with external departments. Minimum 6 years designing wesites & Art direction.
